To anyone who is planning on getting a K-1 visa or K-3 visa I recommend you retain Brian Wright to help you

To whom it may concern

To anyone who is planning on getting a K-1 visa or K-3 visa, I recommend you retain Brian Wright to help you. It is obvious he and his staff understand how to successfully attain a visa and I think one would have a very hard time finding better service and expertise.

I believe that Mr. Wright’s reputation made everything more expedient with the embassy as well. While waiting there for the interview, I spoke with several gentlemen who were waiting for their spouses and they had been going through the process for 12-18 months compared to the six it had taken us to reach the same point. My fiancée also told me while other ladies were being interviewed for twenty to thirty minutes, hers lasted only ten. When we returned to pick up her visa, three of the four other ladies there were also clients of Brian Wright.

Sincerely,
Don D.

My Thai Fiancee, Brian and Staff

Brian and Staff, Pin and I want to give you an update on how things are going. We were married on February 14, 2009, and everything is going well. We have been traveling since she got here, visiting family and friends, and thankfully she was able to get to the States prior to Christmas. She really enjoyed her first Christmas here and my family was very happy to be able to spend Christmas time with her. Thank you so much for making it possible.

Brian, we also would like to thank your staff for all the help and support they gave when we needed it. Your staff was very courteous and professional at all times, whether over the phone or in person. We also appreciated the time they spent reading and replying to each and every email we sent, and in a timely manner. Both Pin and I were very comfortable interacting with your staff.

We would also like to thank you, Brian, for the time you spent with us over the phone, in person and responding to emails. Thank you for being accessible to us when we needed. As well, we appreciated the time you took to thoroughly explain things to us and although we had plenty of questions, you never made us feel rushed during any of our visits.
When I searched the Internet looking for help, I came across many web sites / immigration attorneys, advertising their services. I spent a lot of time reading through the information found on many of the sites. I called you based on the information found on your web page, including the detailed section of your services and your claim of having a 100% success rate. As well, I felt it would be extremely important that you were actually in Bangkok, Thailand.

I will admit that I questioned whether or not the firms themselves and/or their claims were legitimate. However, after speaking with you, I felt very comfortable and made no further calls. Making the decision to use your firm turned out to be the right decision. Everything your web site claimed, as well as the commitments you made to me over the phone and in person, turned out to be extremely accurate.

Thanks so much for making this, what I consider to be, a very easy and timely procedure.

Virginia, USA

After using Brian’s US K1 fiancee visa service I am sitting next to my thai fiancee

After using Mr. Brian’s usa k1 fiancee visa service I am sitting next to my Thai fiancee at my home:

As I write this, I am sitting next to my Thai fiancée at my home in California. I used Brian Wright’s services to obtain her visa. This was the best decision I could have made in this regard. They made sure everything required on my fiancées end was taken care of and that she understood all the documents and procedures. All the necessary paperwork was provided for us and I never worried that I had overlooked something. This piece of mind alone was worth the investment.

I had the opportunity to visit the Bangkok office several times. The staff was always friendly and professional and the facility is what you would expect from a top notch law office. Their thorough and courteous service made my fiancée both comfortable and confident through the entire process. This was especially important regarding the interview, which can be quite stressful. When the time came, she was prepared and self-assured.

To anyone who is planning on getting a K-1 or K-13 visa, I recommend you retain Brian Wright to help you. It is obvious he and his staff understand how to successfully attain a visa and I think one would have a very hard time finding better service and expertise.

Sincerely,

Thailand Children’s Charity Project

September 15th, 2009 admin Comments off

A percentage of the money our clients pay for our services go to our Thailand Children’s Charity Project. Clients who hire our firm are part of our Children’s Charity Project.

The photos you can see on this page were taken at the Baan Darn Ngo school that we sponsor in Phetchaburi Province. Part of the fee each client pays our firm contributes to the on going support of the 140 students of the Baan Darn Ngo School.

Together we provide rice for the children to eat, and other basic things like notebooks, pens, pencils, water filtration system, dental floss, sport equipment, etc. This summer we will be providing all 140 students with new shoes, hair cutting equipment (the children are required to have specific hair cuts to attend school), and bicycle parts (the government provided bicycles for the children to come and go from school but half of them are broken and do not work).

For our clients who are interested in volunteer travel we can refer you to a travel agent in Thailand who specializes in voluntourism. You will personally interact with under privileged children and engage in activities with children while visiting schools and orphanages on your next trip to Thailand.

K-1 Fiancee Visa to USA

September 14th, 2009 admin Comments off

My-Thai-Fiancee, processes US K-1 fiancee visas, and K 1 fiance visas to the USA from Thailand for Thai girls or Thai Fiance.  The normal time for processing K-1 Fiancee Visa is 6 months.

K-1 Fiancee Visa: The K-1 fiancee visa or fiancé K 1 visa was created to allow American Citizens with foreign fiancee’s or foreign girlfriends the opportunity to spend time together in America to evaluate their relationship in order to determine if they would like to continue their relationship into marriage (within a 90 days period).

If, after having time together in America, the couple chooses to continue their relationship, they will marry and then file for the foreign spouses permanent residence status or green card allowing the foreign spouse to legally remain in the USA.

Should the couple decide not to continue their relationship, then the foreign fiancee’ is required to leave the United States within the 90 days period and return to his/her home country.

Many American Citizens assume that a tourist visa would be available for their foreign fiancee’ to travel to the USA. This is incorrect. When the foreign fiancee’ or girlfriend appears at the US Embassy for a tourist visa interview, the counselor officer will deny the visa. The foreign fiancée or girlfriend will be categorized as an impending immigrant, as the officer will assume the applicant will select to stay in the USA with the American Citizen fiancee’. Impending immigrants can not be issued a tourist visa.

If a counselor officer at the US Embassy mistakenly issues a tourist visa to the fiancee’ of an American Citizen, he or she will be turned around by the immigration officer after interviewing at the port of entry upon arrival in the USA.

If it is determined at any time that the foreign citizens has made false statements to a immigration officer or in a application form to obtain a visa they could be permanently barred from entering the USA. This is common with tourist visa applications.

We provide an unmatched level of service to you and your fiancee’/wife:

90% of the visa application process involves your fiancee’/wife and takes place in Thailand. We spend time (personally) with your Thai lady, our staff, with our car and driver, take her to all the places she needs to go with regard to the application process: Embassy, national police headquarters, passport control, medical exam, post office for application fee, photo studio for specific photos that are required, district office, ministry of foreign affairs, etc, We complete all forms, applications, and translations, all we need is your fiancee’/wife’s signature. We are the only firm that provides very personal care to the Thai girls. We take care of every thing in an effort to expedite the process. We make the process easy and painless for the Thai girls. Our clients hire us because they know that their Thai fiancee/wife will not be able to do everything that is expected of her. Of course you would never expect your fiancee’/wife to perform as an immigration attorney who can speak, read, and write English and Thai.

We know that caring for your fiancee/wife, through this confusing and intimidating process, is very important to you. We literally hold her hand through each and every step, treat her with kindness and respect and handle all the details efficiently and thoroughly.

No other firm comes close to matching the level of service we provide.

Our firm enjoys the best reputation for fiancee’ and marriage visas to the USA because it’s our sole area of practice.

Other Thailand based firms spread themselves so thin by offering so many different types of services that it’s impossible for them to be experts in any one area. Our firm is called upon because of our specialization, unmatched track record, expertise, and reputation.

Imagine that you are in need of a divorce. You would automatically search for a divorce lawyer. Someone who specializes in divorce and who’s sole area of practice is divorce. You would never look to hire an intellectual property lawyer, patent attorney, criminal lawyer, land use & zoning lawyer, personal injury lawyer etc. to represent you for your divorce.

Our competitors offer: visas to stay in Thailand: business visas, work permits, marriage based visas, retirement visas, education visas, Thailand company registrations, tax work and accounting, real estate purchasing services, criminal, divorce, intellectual property and copyright, debt collection, estate planning, personal injury, wills, debt collection, private investigation (seriously!), visas to: England, Australia, Switzerland, and all types of visas to these countries, work, investment, tourist, student, and much more. By trying to do so many things they end up with an inferior ability in all.

Our sole area of practice is fiancee’ and marriage visas from Thailand to America, and we also support our clients related needs. For example: when your fiancee’ arrives in the USA she will need a green card, employment authorization, social security card and perhaps a travel permit.

People hire our firm when they need 100% assurance the visa will be issued.

For all of our clients being with the person they love is the most important thing in there lives. We take our responsibility for our clients very seriously and work on your behalf in a serious and compassionate manner.

Some people question how we can have a 100% success rate. Here are the simple ingredients that are required for a 100% success rate: A) know your job inside out backwards and sideways. B) know what it takes for a visa application to be successful and do it. C) know what it takes for a visa application to be denied. D) and here’s the most important one: pre-qualify clients and don’t take on clients who don’t qualify, be honest with your client and tell them when they don’t qualify, we ask a few simple questions at our first meeting to qualify our clients E) handle all of the details efficiently and thoroughly, F) treat each and every client as if they were your only client.

Some firms are not knowledgeable enough about their profession to know when a client doesn’t qualify, or how to qualify a client. Some firms do know when a client doesn’t qualify but deceive them just to get their money. Being knowledgeable and honest should be the cornerstones of any business.

No one should attempt to represent you without knowing full well that you and your fiancee’/wife qualify for the visa. If a firm can’t pre-determine whether or not you qualify (or can qualify you) then they don’t have knowledge or experience and have no business charging money for a service they know nothing about. Some firms can be very convincing and better at selling than delivering on promises, and some firms agree to represent you knowing that they don’t have the ability to obtain the visa for you. This is emotionally abusive and dishonest.

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery?

Ours is the oldest and most established firm. We were the first, and we certainly haven’t gone unnoticed. All other firms who now compete with us have copied us, some more than others. One firm simply copied and pasted our web site to created their own site. Another firm, lacking integrity, copied the concept without the compassion. None of our competitors has our depth of knowledge, our experience, our track record, or good reputation. Would you hire the leader or someone who copies the leader.

No one has ever hired a competing firm after talking with our firm. Even after meeting with a competing firm in person and being subjected to their high pressure sales tactics.

We are the only firm that is confident enough to offer a money back guarantee.
